We are now using a ticket based support system. We have had much trouble over the years with email based support as SPAM is so out of control we were receiving over 3000+ emails per day with about 2 of them being actual support emails from users. You will need to sign up to the support system before using it, which only takes about 30 seconds and it is of course free.

To expidite your support needs in a timely manner, please be sure to select the appropriate site you are having trouble with. Be as specific as possible when explaining your problem and include all information required. If all information is NOT included in your inquiry, it will go unanswered. All Inquiries are answered in the order in which they are received.

Cancellation information for all sites is in on the cancellation page. DO NOT send cancellation requests to support. All cancellations should be handled though CCBILL.
